will find, but the best staff to work your event. The majority
of climbers we have are kids who look to us for advice and
encouragement. We get no better feeling than when we see a
huge smile on a child who has just reached the top. But

I just wanted to drop
you guys a quick line to tell you what a great time
my son had this weekend at the YMCA. He had never
even seen a rockwall before but I am sure it will be
all the rage now. You and your staff are really
great and encouraging to the children and that is
what I appreciated so much. We as parents could tell
that this wasn't just a job for you guys, but a
passion.

Hello Bill,
Just wanted to thank you again for your services last summer.
The professionalism of your staff was as good as I have seen.
Beginning with their appearance upon arrival, to the way they
conducted themselves during setup and breakdown and to the
manner in which they interacted with our corporate guests
throughout the day; you provided what we hope for from an
outside vendor but all too rarely receive.
Your climbing wall is impressive. The appearance is
eye-catching, but more importantly to me as a property host is
the number of guests that can scale the wall at the same time.
The corporate summer party you worked is 1,200.00 guests. One
of the concerns my guests had with the wall was whether the
waiting lines might be too long. It stopped being a concern of
theirs shortly into the picnic as they watched climber after
climber ascend. They left impressed, as did I.
