Due to the size of the trailer and Rock Wall, we are unable to set up at some locations. To determine if your location is adequately sized, we have developed this guide to assist you.

First, there are certain things we cannot do. Here is a list of some of our limitations. If you are in doubt, please call us, and we will be happy to assist you or arrange a drive by to take a look.

We cannot:

Drive over any curbs or stairs
Drive up, down or across steep hills
Drive into or through anything less than 11' wide and 11' high
Maneuver any tight or narrow corners
Setup under trees, building overhangs, wires or other overhead obstructions less than 27’ tall
Setup within 15’ of electrical wires
Setup on uneven* or soft surfaces**

* Note: Setup area needs to be reasonably flat, however not perfectly level. The outriggers on the trailer allow us to level off to correct moderate deviations.

** Note: We can setup on grass with the use of wood under the trailer outriggers. You are required to notify us of a grass setup so we can be prepared.

So, are you now discouraged by the setup limitations we have outlined? Well, don’t be! There have been some difficult situations we have been able to execute a safe setup in. Like we said, just call and we will see how we can assist you.

Here are the minimum requirements needed to setup.

Approximately 16 feet wide x 50 feel long. A helpful way to figure out if you have enough room is to look at your area and determine if you could park 2 normal sized cars next to each other for the width and 5 cars behind each other for the length. If needed, we can remove the trailer from the truck. This will reduce the length by about 15 feet.
